What will these drop-ins be like?

In this space Hannah and Niamh will share guided practices together in a supportive and encouraging environment.

I’m interested, how can I join?

Everyone is welcome - from beginners and beyond. No need to commit to a series of classes - just drop-in.

Payment: Suggested cash contribution £5-15.

Online 8 week MBCT course:

We are open to referrals for our next Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group that you can join from the comfort of your own home. We’ll meet for eight consecutive Monday evenings to learn and practice together.

When:  October 13th - 1 December 2025 

Mondays 6pm - 8pm (please note the first session will run until 8.30pm)

Where: Online via MS Teams

What will I Learn?

  • Each session includes a mix of mindfulness practices and gentle cognitive therapy exercises.

  • The aim isn’t simply to relax or avoid difficult feelings, but to meet experiences with kindness and curiosity.

  • We’ll explore how noticing the present moment can bring more acceptance, space, and choice in how we respond.

  • The practices are simple, but their benefits grow with regular use.

  • You’ll get the most from the program by practicing a little each day at home and weaving it into daily life.
