8 week MBCT course:
We are open to referrals for our next online 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group starting on Monday October 13th 2025 at 6pm via Circle Psychology.
Weekly sessions are held between 6pm - 8pm (please note that the first session will run from 6pm - 8.30pm).
Please self refer to Circle Psychology with your expressions of interest and we will contact you for a brief consultation.
What will the sessions be like?
Each session will involve a range of meditation practices and cognitive therapy techniques. It is important to note that the approach is not about learning simple relaxation or becoming detached from painful experiences. It is being able to cultivate a gentle and compassionate curiosity to our moment-to-moment experiences. It is also about accepting things as they currently are and, in this way, increasing our level of choice. The approach works through practice, and people benefit the most if they commit to the daily practice at home.

Monthly Drop-in
Join us for an opportunity to practice and connect with others in our monthly mindfulness drop-in.
Location: Bonnington Community Centre (top room).11 Vauxhall Grove London SW8 1TD
In these drop-ins we will share guided practices together in a supportive and encouraging environment. The practices will be lead by Hannah and Niamh.
Everyone is welcome - from beginners and beyond. No need to commit to a series of classes - just drop-in.
Suggested cash contribution £5-15.
